Our aim is to offer you quality products at competitive prices. We do our best to ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered. However, if you are not satisfied due to unforeseen circumstances, please review the terms below to understand how returns and refunds are processed.

Return Process & Eligibility
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product via email at care@GirlyWears.com with a valid reason.
- Exchanges or replacements are subject to stock availability.
- Only one-time exchange is permitted.
- Products bought during Clearance Sales or special discounts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order — provided the order hasn’t been shipped. Please email us with your order number and reason for cancellation. Eligible cancellations will receive a 100% refund.
Why is there a 24-hour cancellation window?
Once your order is confirmed, backend processes like manufacturing (if applicable), packing, and logistics start immediately.
What if I cancel after 24 hours?
Cancellations made after 24 hours are subject to a 20% deduction as processing and service charges. You’ll receive an 80% refund after verification.
Post-Order Return Guidelines
Returns are not accepted for the following:
- Stitched garments (including Bollywood replicas and customizations).
- Festival-special products (Diwali, Eid, Rakhi, Navratri, etc.).
- Any product that is washed, worn, or altered.
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective or incorrect).
Note: Minor variations in color, embellishment, and design may occur due to photography and lighting. Ask for real product images before purchasing.
Return Process: Step-by-Step
- Contact us within 24 hours at care@GirlyWears.com.
- Wait for a confirmation email before returning.
- Send clear photos and videos of the product/unboxing within 12 hours of delivery.
- Returns are only handled via email. Calls/WhatsApp are not accepted.
- Return all order components including free gifts, if any.
Refund Method
- Online Payments: Refunded to the original method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or cheque.
- Coupons/Reward Points: Non-refundable.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
- 30% deduction on unstitched item returns to cover logistics and processing.
Misuse or Invalid Return Requests
Your return may be rejected if:
- Product is not in original condition or packaging.
- Tags are missing or tampered with.
- Item is returned without prior approval.
- Insufficient proof or order details provided.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Use reliable couriers and retain receipts.
Return Due to Product Defects or Mistakes
If you receive a damaged product, a manufacturing defect, or a wrong item, report within 24 hours with images. We will arrange a reverse pickup (or reimburse Rs. 100 for remote areas).
Jurisdiction Clause
All disputes are subject to jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat only.
Color & Design Clarifications
Color variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or fabric dye lots. Minor embroidery/design differences are not faults.
Embellishment Advisory
Products with beads, sequins, stones, etc., may lose some elements in transit. These are not defects. Light repairs may be needed.
